Two people, no account managers
Site Reboots is Jonny Fauth and Brent Roark. When you call the number on this website, one of us answers it. When we build your site, one of us builds it. There is nobody in between, wherever in the country you happen to be.
Who you’ll be dealing with

Jonny Fauth
Co-owner
Jonny is a data and sourcing analyst for a large health system. He spends his days on contract and pricing analysis, pulling the numbers apart before anyone signs anything, and he writes the automation that turns a two-day report into a two-minute one. He came up through computer information technology and has built software with Java, Neo4j and machine learning. Here he handles the reporting, so you get a straight answer on whether your website and your ad budget are earning their keep.

Brent Roark
Co-owner
Brent is a web application and API penetration tester, and a systems administrator running more than a hundred Linux and Windows servers under HIPAA rules. He holds a Cyber Operations degree from Dakota State, an NSA-designated Center of Academic Excellence for offensive security, plus professional certifications in web, API and bug bounty testing. He builds the sites here, and he already knows how they get broken into.
Between us we cover the building, the search work and the ads, which means nothing gets handed to a third party and nobody has to explain your business twice.
Why we started this
There is a particular kind of website that keeps turning up. Somebody paid good money for it around 2011. It was fine then. The person who built it moved on, the passwords went with them, and now it sits there with the wrong hours on it, unreadable on a phone, quietly sending customers to the competition.
The owners of those businesses are not the problem. They are busy running a bakery or a workshop or a salon. They have been quoted five thousand dollars by an agency that wanted six meetings first, and they reasonably decided to live with the old site instead.
That is the gap we wanted to fill: proper work, at a price a genuinely small business can say yes to, explained in words that do not require a marketing degree.
We explain things in plain English
No jargon unless you want it. You should never come off a call with us feeling like you nodded along to something you did not follow.
One flat price, decided up front
We quote the whole job as one number before we start. No hourly billing, no clock running while you think about it. If we underestimate the work, that is our mistake to absorb.
You own everything
Your domain, hosting and Google accounts, all in your name from day one. We have never understood the logic of holding a client’s website hostage to keep them.
We say no
If your site is fine and you would be better spending the money on ads, we will say that. If ads will not pay for themselves in your line of work, we will say that too, even though it means turning down the fee.
Most of our work is remote. Some of it is over coffee.
We work with businesses right across the United States, and the process is the same either way: a call, a flat quote, a site you approve before it goes anywhere. No travel surcharge, because there is no travel. If you happen to be in Sioux Falls or one of the towns around it, we will come and sit down with you instead. It is easier to build a website for a place you have actually stood in.
Ready for a website that works as hard as you do?
Fifteen minutes on the phone and you will know whether we are any use to you.
