What it costs
Plenty of web companies will not put a number on a page. We would rather you knew roughly where you stand before spending twenty minutes on the phone finding out we are too expensive.
Starting prices
These are floors, not averages. Every job gets one flat number in writing before anybody starts.

Prices in US dollars. The Google Ads budget is paid by you directly to Google and is never included in our fee.
What pushes the price up
- Lots of pages. Six is a normal small business site. Thirty is a different job.
- Booking or scheduling. Anything where a customer picks a time and it has to be right.
- Taking payments or running a shop. More to build, and much more to test.
- Writing the words from scratch. If you have nothing written and no time to write it.
- A rescue job. Sites with no logins, an expired domain or a hacked host take extra untangling.
What we never do
- Bill by the hour. You get one number. If it takes us longer than we thought, that is our problem.
- Tie you into a long contract. Monthly services are month to month with thirty days’ notice.
- Hold your domain hostage. Everything is registered in your name from the start.
- Charge a markup on hosting. You pay what it costs, direct to the host.
Two ways to pay less
Both come off our fee, not your ad budget.
New customers only, one order per business. Mention it when you call, or hand us the card.
Send us a business you rate. When they book, you both get ten percent off.
Questions about money
Why is your starting price lower than the agencies I’ve called?
Because there are two of us and no office, no account managers and no sales team taking a cut. We are also not trying to sell a small bakery the same thing we would sell a hospital. The trade-off is honest: we are a two-person shop, so we take on a limited number of jobs at once.
Is the flat price really flat?
Yes. The only way the number changes is if you ask for something that was not in the quote. We quote that separately and you approve it before we build it. We do not send surprise invoices.
Do you take a deposit?
Half when we start, half when the site goes live and you have signed off on it. Monthly services are billed a month at a time in advance.
What if I don’t like what you build?
You review it before it goes anywhere near your customers, and changes at that stage are part of the job, not an extra. Nothing goes live until you say so. That is why the second half of the payment comes at the end.
What will it cost me every month afterwards?
A domain is roughly $15 to $20 a year. Hosting a small business site is usually a few dollars a month. You pay both at cost, in your own name. There is no compulsory monthly fee to us after a website job.
