What we do
We keep it simple: four services, done well, on time, and at a fair price. Two are one-time projects and two are ongoing monthly partnerships. You can start with just one and grow from there, though we’re happy to be in your corner from the very beginning.
Website rebuilds
Your website is not broken, exactly. It just needs a refresh. It was built before everybody browsed on a phone, and it shows. A rebuild keeps everything worth keeping and fixes the rest.
It will work on a phone
More than half the people looking at your site are holding one. If they have to pinch and zoom to read your hours, they leave and call whoever is next on the list. We rebuild the layout so it reflows properly on every screen, with text big enough to read and buttons big enough for a thumb.
It will load quickly
Old sites carry dead weight: enormous photos straight off a camera, plugins nobody uses, scripts loading from services that shut down years ago. We strip that out and get the page opening in about a second instead of eight.
People will be able to contact you
Your phone number becomes a button that dials when tapped. Your address opens in Maps. Your hours go somewhere obvious instead of three clicks deep. This is the most common thing we fix and the one that makes the most difference.
What you get
- Your web address stays exactly the same
- Your words and photos, unless you ask us to change them
- Your search rankings, because we redirect old pages so nothing is lost
- Your email addresses, untouched
New websites
Plenty of good businesses run for years on word of mouth and a Facebook page. That works until somebody searches for what you do, finds nothing, and calls the competitor who turned up instead.
Custom design that fits your brand
We are not dropping your logo into something we have used forty times. A bakery and a plumber need different things on the front page. That said, we will not reinvent anything for its own sake. Familiar layouts work because people already know how to use them.
The basics, front and center
Your phone number, hours, address and what you actually sell go where people can see them without hunting. It sounds obvious. It is missing from an enormous number of small business websites.
Domain and hosting handled
If you do not own a web address yet we will help you pick one and register it in your name, not ours. Hosting the same. You pay the actual cost, and if you ever leave, it all goes with you.
What you get
- Four to six pages to start with
- A contact form that emails you
- Tap-to-call and Maps links
- A Google Business Profile set up or tidied up
- A walkthrough so you can make small edits yourself
Local SEO
Somebody three streets away is on their phone right now typing what you sell. Local SEO is the work of being the business Google shows them, in the free results and on the map, without paying for every click.
Your Google Business Profile
This is the free listing that feeds the map, and it is the highest-value thing most local businesses are neglecting. We claim it, fix the category, hours, service area and photos, post to it, and answer the questions people leave. Wrong holiday hours here cost real money.
The pages on your website
Every page gets a title and description written for what people actually search, not what the industry calls it. We add proper business markup so Google knows your address, hours and services as data rather than guessing.
Reviews
Reviews move map rankings more than almost anything else you control. We set up a straightforward way to ask customers at the moment they are happiest, and help you reply to the awkward ones. We do not write fake reviews and will not do it if asked.
What you get
- Profile fixes can show in two to four weeks
- Movement in the free results usually takes three to six months
- A one-page monthly report in plain English
- Month to month, with thirty days’ notice
Google Ads management
Ads are the fast option. Somebody searches for what you sell, your name is at the top, they call you. It works within days rather than months, and it is very easy to waste money on if nobody is watching it.
Two separate bills, and only one is ours
Our management fee is what you pay us for running the account. Your ad budget is money Google takes when somebody clicks, paid on your own card, in your own account. It never passes through us. For a small local business a few hundred a month of ad budget is a realistic start.
Blocking the searches that waste money
This is where most budget leaks away and nobody mentions it. People searching “plumber salary” or “how to fix a tap myself” can all click your ad and cost you money. We build a block list before launch and keep adding to it.
Counting what actually happened
Not clicks. Calls, form submissions and requests for directions. We set up tracking so we can tell you what a customer cost you, which is the only number that really matters. If the ads are not paying for themselves we will tell you that too.
What you get
- Ads can be live in about a week
- Your account, your card, your name, and you keep it
- Monthly reports on calls and clicks
- Pause or stop whenever you like
Not sure which one you need?
Here is the short version of the advice we give on the phone.
| If this is you | Start here | From |
|---|---|---|
| My site looks old and bad on phones | Website rebuild | $400 |
| I have no website at all | New website | $600 |
| My site is fine, nobody finds it | Local SEO | $150/mo |
| I need the phone ringing this month | Google Ads | $150/mo + budget |
If you tell us your situation we will tell you honestly which of these is worth your money and which is not. Sometimes the answer is that your website is fine and you should spend it on ads instead.
Tell us what you’re working with.
Send us your web address, or tell us you have not got one. Either way we come back with a straight answer and a flat price.
